Brendan is an InterNACHI-certified professional home inspector and a licensed real estate broker. That combination is rare — and it's exactly why clients trust him. He's sat on both sides of the closing table, so he knows which findings actually matter to your purchase and how to explain them without the scare tactics.
When you hire ACES, Brendan does the inspection himself. He walks the home system by system, documents everything with photos, and then takes the time to make sure you understand what you're looking at — because a report you can't read doesn't protect you.
